My name is Nathan Hennick, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience working with clients in the New Orleans community. The majority of my work has been with clients experiencing difficulties navigating the world while living with serious mental illness. My goal is to guide you toward the life you aspire to live by using a collaborative approach that takes your unique circumstances into account. Using evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and mindfulness techniques, I will work with you to build everyday skills to manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and life's many complexities.
